Working Process of Coffee Packaging Machine

The material enters the packaging coffee machine silo through the automatic feeding machine and then enters the sliding volume measuring bin through vibration feeding. When the weight of the material reaches our preset weight, the coffee packaging machinery will open the silo switch, and the material will slide down into the former of the inner bag. At this time, the ultrasonic sealing and cutting of the inner bag are completed; then the robot will clamp the inner bag into the former of the outer bag. The last step, sealing the bag and printing the date, and the perfect coffee bag packaging is completed.

Maintenance of the Coffee Packaging Machine

• The inner bag blade needs to be inspected and replaced regularly, usually around 3-6 months (depending on actual usage)

• The outer bag blade needs to be inspected and replaced regularly, usually around 3-6 months (depending on actual usage)

• After production is completed, the materials in the silo need to be cleaned up in time and cleaned

• Maintain stable air pressure and voltage for optimal performance in coffee machine packaging.
